Shodh Samiksha Paper Submission Guidelines

By submitting your research, you become a part of a premier academic journal committed to disseminating high-quality academic work.

Eligibility Criteria : Papers are invited from researchers, scholars, and academicians in the field of social sciences and humanities. The submission must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.

Submission Process  :
  • All papers must be submitted via the Google Form linked on our website.
  • Ensure all required fields are filled out correctly before submitting the form.
  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Word (.docx) format.
  • The paper must adhere to the journal's style guidelines, which can be found on the website homepage menu "Author Guidelines" for submission.

Required Information for Submission :
  • Personal Details : Full Name, Designation, Institution Name, Email Address & Mobile Number.
  • Paper Details : Stream or Discipline, Title of the Paper and Language of the Paper.
  • Upload the Paper : Upload your research paper in Word format.
  • Payment Information : Some submissions may require a publication fee which may apply to cover processing and editorial costs. So please Confirm payment through UPI/Credit or Debit Card/Net Banking or Other Method and upload screenshot of your payment.

Important Deadlines :
Please ensure you submit your paper before the respective deadline for the call for papers. Late submissions may not be considered for review. The deadlines will be listed in the "Call for Papers" section on the homepage of our website.

Review Process : After submission, your paper will undergo a peer-review process. You will be notified about the review outcome. If your paper is accepted, you will be asked to make any necessary revisions before publication.

Paper Formatting Requirements :

  •   Paper length should not exceed 5,000 words (including references).
  •   All papers should follow the APA citation style for references.
  •  Ensure your document includes a title page with the author’s name, institution and contact information.
Special Issues : From time to time, Shodh Samiksha publishes special issues focusing on timely and important themes. If your paper aligns with an upcoming special issue, you may be asked to submit it under that category.

Copyright and Licensing : By submitting your paper, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to your content. You grant the journal non-exclusive rights to publish the paper in print and online under an open-access license.

After Submission : Once you have submitted your paper, you will receive an email confirmation. You can track the status of your submission through the email.

  • Navigate to the "Submit Paper" menu or scroll the website and on the homepage section you will see the "Submit Paper" option.
  • Fill out the Google Form with the necessary details.
  • Upload your paper file and submit the form.
